Prepare a graham cracker crumb crust according to the recipe on a box of prepared crumbs or according to any good basic cookbook. Do follow their advice to bake crust in moderate oven (375° ) for 5-8 minutes for extra flavor.
An Easy Cheese Cake
Filling:
1/2 cup light cream or milk
1 lb cream cheese, broken
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Place above ingrediants in a blender, blend 1 minute. Stop, stir with spatula, blend 1 minute more until smooth and fluffy. Pour into crust and bake 30 minutes at 350° Take out and cool slightly.
Topping:
1 cup sour cream
2 tbl sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
Place topping ingredients in blender. Blend 5 seconds in blender until very smooth and fluffy. Pour topping over baked cake, spread soothly to the edges. Return to oven, bake 10 minutes at 350° . Cool, then chill. Sprinkly with nutmeg, freshly ground if possible.
